Secured Party has an office at 401 Merritt 7, Suite 23, Norwalk, CT 06851-1177. Debtor is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Delaware (“the State”). This Master Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Gelco Corporation, a Delaware corporation, doing business as GE Capital Fleet Services (“GECFS”), and the undersigned (the “Customer”). If more than one party executes this Agreement as Customer, each shall be jointly and severally liable hereunder.

(the “Sublessee”) and Imperial Center Partnership and Petula Associates, Ltd. as tenants in common, operating as a joint venture (“Landlord”).
