THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of September 26, 2003 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CHECKERS DRIVE-IN RESTAURANTS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Checkers”) and Keith Sirois, an individual (the “Executive”).
