THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Internet Capital Group Operations, Inc. (the “Company”) and Walter W. Buckley, III (the “Executive”) and shall be effective as of March 9, 2004 (the “Effective Date”) Internet Capital Group, Inc. (“ICG”), the parent of the Company is also a party hereto for the purposes specifically stated herein.
