THIS BONUS AND UNITED KINGDOM SEVERANCE TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of November 1, 2003 (the “Agreement”), is by and between THE FINOVA GROUP INC., a Delaware corporation (“Grantor”) and ATLANTIC TRUST COMPANY, N.A., a national association (the “Trustee”). The Grantor and the Trustee are hereinafter each sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
