This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of July 1, 2004 by and between Turnstone Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 7650 Marathon Drive, Suite A, Livermore, CA 94550 (the “Company”), and Albert Liu (the “Consultant”).
