EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT dated as of July 27, 2004, by and between Extra Space Storage Inc. with its principal place of business at 2795 East Cottonwood Parkway, Suite 400, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121 (the “Company”), and Kent W. Christensen, residing at the address set forth on the signature page hereof (the “Executive”).
