SENIOR UNSECURED REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of July 9, 2004, among CHOICE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders referred to herein and Wachovia Bank, National Association, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Agent”).
