AGREEMENT made this 26th day of August, 2004, by and between SUSQUEHANNA BANCSHARES, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Company”), on the one side, and MICHAEL M. QUICK, an adult individual whose principal residence is at 323 Hawthorne Avenue, Haddonfield, NJ 08033 (the “Employee”), on the other side.
