This letter is to offer you employment with Adherex, Inc. (the “Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adherex Technologies Inc. (“AHX”), in Durham, North Carolina, conditional on your execution of the enclosed agreements. You will serve as Chief Scientific Officer of the Company and of AHX.
