This Employment Agreement is executed by CHRISTOPHER CARLTON (“Executive”), who resides at the address listed at the end of this Agreement, and SRI/SURGICAL EXPRESS, INC. (the “Company”), a Florida corporation with its principal executive office at 12425 Racetrack Road, Tampa, Florida 33626, to record their agreement regarding employment of Executive by the Company and the payment by the Company to Executive of severance compensation benefits upon the occurrence of certain events.
