This Aircraft Time Sharing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of December , 2004 (the “Effective Date”) by and between LIMITED SERVICE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Operator”), and each of the individuals whose name and signature appears on Schedule 1 hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time (each, a “Time Share Lessee”).
