(“SFS”), a Nevada corporation, as servicer (the “Servicer”), and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association, as trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”), as custodian (the “Custodian”) and as back-up servicer (the “Back-Up Servicer”).
