SIXTH AMENDMENT TO FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED WAREHOUSING CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) dated as of October 20, 2004, between UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“UAMCLLC”), EAGLE HOME MORTGAGE, INC., a Washington corporation (“EHMI”).
