This Credit Agreement, dated as of September 15, 2004, is entered into by and among ARGONAUT GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation, the financial institutions from time to time parties hereto as Lenders (whether by execution of this Agreement or by an assignment pursuant to Section 12.3), and LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as Administrative Agent.
