THIS OPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of grant set forth in the Notice of Grant of Stock Options and Option Agreement (the “Notice”) to which this Agreement is attached (the “Date of Grant”), by and between VYYO INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the participant named in the Notice (“Participant”).
