This Work Letter is essentially organized chronologically and is intended to address the issues of the construction of Lessee Improvements at the Premises, in sequence, as such issues will arise during the actual construction of the Premises. All references in this Work Letter to Articles or Sections of “the Lease” shall mean the relevant portions of the above referenced Lease to which this Work Letter is attached as Exhibit “E,” and all references in this Work Letter to Sections of “this Work Letter” shall mean the relevant portions of Sections 1 through 5 of this Work Letter. “Lessor” herein shall have the same meaning as “Lessor” in the Lease and “Lessee” herein shall have the same meaning as “Lessee” in the Lease.
