This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 15th day of October, 2004, effective as of the date set forth in paragraph 2.1 below, and is by and between Golf Acquisition, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and Michael S. Hedge (hereinafter called the “Executive”).
