nature in law or equity, by statute or otherwise whether now known or unknown, vested or contingent, suspected or unsuspected, and whether or not concealed or hidden, which have existed or may have existed, or which do exist, through the date this letter agreement becomes effective and enforceable, (“Claims”) of any kind, which relate in any way to your employment with the Company or the termination of that employment, except those arising out of (i) the performance of this letter agreement or the Employment Agreement, (ii) your rights under the employee benefit plans of the Company, (iii) your rights to accrued, unused vacation and sick leave, (iv) your right to any indemnification by the Company pursuant to its articles of incorporation and bylaws, (v) your rights to coverage under the Company’s directors’ and officers’ insurance policy, (vi) your rights as a shareholder of the Company (to the extent you continue to own capital stock of the Company following the execution of this Agr
