THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 25th day of April, 2005, between 7-Eleven, Inc., a Texas corporation (“7-Eleven,” “Company,” or “Employer”), and Edward W. Moneypenny (“Executive”). 7-Eleven and Executive may hereinafter be referred to jointly as “the Parties.”
