This Restricted Stock Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the Effective Date set forth on Schedule A hereto, by and between Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, and (“Award Recipient”), pursuant to the Company’s 2005 Restricted Stock and Incentive Plan (the “Plan”).
