This Employment Agreement is made and entered into on the 1st day of June, 2005, among CSG SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (“CSGS”), a Delaware corporation, CSG SOFTWARE, INC. (“Software”), a Delaware corporation, and ALAN MICHELS (the “Executive”). CSGS and Software collectively are referred to in this Employment Agreement as the “Companies”.
