(“RTI”), a Texas corporation having a principal place of business at 511 Lobo Lane, Little Elm, Texas, USA and Baiyin Tonsun Medical Device Co., Ltd. (“BTMD”) at No. 2 Industry District of Chinese Academy of Science, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), having a manufacturing facility in Baiyin City, Gansu Province, PRC.
