THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 3rd day of June, 2005 by and between GLOBAL PAYMENTS INC., a Georgia corporation with its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia (“Company”) and Jeffery C. THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among DolEx Envios, S.A. de C.V., a Sociedad Anonima de Capital Variable (stock corporation) organized and existing under the laws of Mexico (the “Company”), and Raul Limon (“Employee”).
