THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among DolEx Envios, S.A. de C.V., a Sociedad Anonima de Capital Variable (stock corporation) organized and existing under the laws of Mexico (the “Company”), and Raul Limon (“Employee”).
