THIS AMENDMENT (this “Amendment”), effective as of September 27, 2005, by and between HomeBanc Corp., a Georgia corporation (the “Company”), and Dr. Paul Lopez (“Executive”), amends that certain Employment Agreement, dated as of May 6, 2004, by and between the Company and Executive (the “Employment Agreement”).
