This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of 27th September, 2005, by and among UTEK CORPORATION ( hereinafter “Buyer”) and Jacob M. Buchman Trustee and Ybor City Group, Inc., (hereinafter individually a “Seller” and collectively the “Sellers”) and (“the Company”) UTEK Real Estate Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of UTEK Corporation.
