This Supplement is part of the Master Purchase Agreement No. PA-436 entered into between BOMBARDIER INC., a Canadian corporation represented by Bombardier Aerospace, Regional Aircraft having offices at 123 Garratt Boulevard, Downsview, Ontario, Canada (“Bombardier”) and Horizon Air Industries, Inc.
