Agreement made by and between Sycamore Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal offices at 150 Apollo Drive, Chelmsford, MA ( hereinafter referred to as “Sycamore”) and SIEMENS AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, a corporation existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany having its division head office in Hofmannstraße 51, 81359 Munich, (hereinafter referred to as Siemens).
