This Aircraft Time Sharing Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between Qwest Business Resources, Inc. (“Lessor”), a Colorado corporation whose address is 1801 California Street, Denver, Colorado 80202 and Barry Allen (“Lessee”), whose address is 256 Cook Street, Denver, Colorado 80206 (collectively the “Parties”), is effective February 14, 2006 and shall terminate on December 31, 2008, unless terminated sooner by either party pursuant to Article 1 below.
