AGREEMENT made as of this 18th day of March, 1998 by and among Chittenden Corporation, a Vermont corporation with its principal place of business in Burlington, Vermont (the “Company” and the “Employer”), and Danny H. O’Brien of Charlotte, Vermont (the “Executive”), an individual presently employed as the Executive Vice President of the Company.
