THIS CHANGE OF CONTROL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) by and between Boston Communications Group, Inc. (the “Company”), a Massachusetts Corporation with its principal place of business at 55 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford, MA 01730, and Thomas M.
