THIS AGREEMENT is made this 10th day of April, 2006 between PEAK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a company incorporated in Bermuda, with its principal office at 38507 Cherry Street, Newark, CA 94560 (the “Company”); and Michael Bingham, residing at 8071 Erb Way, Tracy, CA 95304 (the “Employee”).
