This Commitment provides funding for the acquisition of the Properties beginning as of the date set forth above and shall expire on August 16, 2006. Funding under this Commitment and the obligations of the Company hereunder are both expressly conditioned upon reasonable approval of each Property by the Company within fifteen (15) days of receipt of complete due diligence materials described elsewhere herein, and based on generally applicable underwriting standards, a physical inspection of the Property and a review of the information to be provided to the Company by Seller/Lessee as specified in the following paragraph and other sections of this Commitment.
