This Agreement, dated August 23, 2005, is between JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. (“Bank”), with a place of business at 3 Chase Metrotech Center, Brooklyn, New York 11245; and each of the open-end management investment companies listed on Exhibit 1 of this Agreement, registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (each a “Company”), severally and for and on behalf of each of their respective series listed on Exhibit 1 (each a “Fund”), each Company and their respective Funds with a place of business at 5400 University Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266-5997. Each Company for which Bank serves as custodian under this Agreement, shall individually be referred to as “Customer”.
