This Employment Agreement (henceforth the “Agreement”) effective as of 24 day of May 2006 (the “Effective Date”) by and between ROBERT FORNARO (henceforth the “Executive”) and AIRTRAN HOLDINGS, INC., a Nevada corporation (henceforth the “Company”).
