THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT is made this 10th day of July 2006, by and between Computer Software Innovations, Inc. (OTC BB: CSWI), a Delaware Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “CSWI”), and Alliance Advisors, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant” or “AA”), an affiliate of Hayden Communications, Inc.
