THIS STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as February 23, 2006, is made by and between CHG Healthcare Services, Inc. (formerly CompHealth Group, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and RICHARD K. WHITNEY (the “Director”).
