Referring to the Unsecured Debt Securities of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (the “Company”) covered by the registration statement on Form S-3 (No. 333- ), (such registration statement, including (i) the prospectus included therein (the “Base Prospectus”), and (ii) all documents filed as part thereof or incorporated by reference therein are hereinafter collectively called the “Registration Statement”).
