This Professional Services Agreement is made and entered into effective as of July 1, 2006 by and between Lockheed Martin Corporation, a Maryland corporation, located at 6801 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, Maryland 20817 (hereinafter “LMC”) and G. Thomas Marsh located at 6801 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, Maryland 20817 (hereinafter “CONTRACTOR”).
