By signing this Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”), you are agreeing to release Baltimore County Savings Bank, F.S.B., Baltimore County Savings Bank, M.H.C., BCSB Bankcorp, Inc. and others from all liability to you as detailed in such Agreement. Therefore, you should consult with an attorney before signing the Agreement. If you choose to sign the Agreement, you will have seven (7) days following the date of your signature to revoke the Agreement, and the Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the revocation period has expired.
