(“Borrower 1”), Ambassadors Marine Group, LLC (“Borrower 2”), Ambassadors, LLC (“Borrower 3”), Ambassadors Cruise Group, LLC (“Borrower 4”) and Cypress Reinsurance, Ltd. (“Borrower 5”) (Borrower 1, Borrower 2, Borrower 3, Borrower 4 and Borrower 5 are sometimes referred to collectively as the “Borrowers” and individually as the “Borrower”).
