SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of September 15, 2006, by and among Brooke Corporation, a Kansas corporation, with headquarters located at 10950 Grandview Drive, Suite 600, Overland Park, Kansas 66210 (the ”Company”), and the investors listed on the Schedule of Buyers attached hereto (individually, a “Buyer” and collectively, the “Buyers”).
