THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this [ ] day of September 2006 by and among STATE FARM VARIABLE PRODUCT TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), STATE FARM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Adviser”), and BRIDGEWAY CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, INC., a Texas corporation (the “Sub-Adviser) relating to investment management services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser.
