AGREEMENT made as of the 29th day of September, 2006, between GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES MASTER TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of itself and each of its series listed on Exhibit A (each, a “Series”) and BLACKROCK DISTRIBUTORS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Placement Agent”). The obligations of the Series hereunder shall be limited to the assets of that Series, shall be separate from the obligations of any other Series, and no Series shall be liable for the obligations of any other Series.
