This INVESTMENT ADVISOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of November 1, 2006 by and between STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, a trust company organized under the laws of the State of New Hampshire (“State Street”), and Wellington Management Company, LLP, a Massachusetts limited liability partnership (the “Advisor”).
