EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of the 26th day of October, 2006, is by and between Amedisys, Inc. (“Amedisys” or the “Company”), a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 11100 Mead Road, Suite 300, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70816, and Jeffrey Jeter (“Executive”), an individual of the full age of majority and capacity.
