Cherry (“Employee”) on behalf of himself, his agents, representatives, heirs, executors, attorneys, administrators, assigns and anyone claiming through him, and R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors and assigns (the “Company” or “RR Donnelley”) in connection with Employee’s termination of employment with the Company.
