DESAI aged about 73 years whose permanent residence is at Flat No. 207, Four Seasons, 2nd Floor, 16, Brunton Road, Bangalore – 560 025 and who is presently residing at 33, Balmoral Road, #18-02 Balmoral Gate, Singapore 259811, hereinafter called the LESSOR (which term where the context so admits, shall be deemed to mean and include all his heirs, legal representatives, executors, administrators and assigns) of the One Part.
