This PATENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into, as of the Effective Date (defined below), by and between Great Links G.B. Limited Liability Company, a Delaware limited liability company, with an office at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 (“Purchaser”), and Path 1 Network Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with an office at 6215 Ferris Square, Suite 140, San Diego, CA 92121 (“Seller”).
