This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on November 20, 2006, by and between BRE Properties, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Bradley P. Griggs, an individual (“Executive”) and memorializes the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment by the Company from and after January 1, 2005 (the “Effective Date”).
