THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 3rd day of October 2006 by and among STATE FARM VARIABLE PRODUCT TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), STATE FARM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Adviser”), and RAINIER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, INC., a State of Washington corporation (the “Sub-Adviser”), relating to investment management services to be provided by the Sub-Adviser.
